WHAT IS THE BEST AGE TO START EXERCISE?OR WORKOUT?

YOU HAVE ONLY ONE BODY TO LIVE IN THIS WORLD. UNLESS YOUR BODY IS WELL AND FIT, YOU CANNOT PERFORM AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE . ALL YOUR FUNCTIONING AS PERSON, FAMILY MEMBER ,OR A MEMBER OF A SOCIETY CANNOT BE FULFILLED UNLESS YOU HAVE A HEALTHY BODY. YOU CANNOT FULFILL YOUR DREAMS OR WORK AND EARN YOUR LIVING. MOREOVER YOUR LIFESPAN ITSELF IS IN DANGER UNLESS YOU HAVE A HEALTHY BODY.

So it is your responsibility towards yourself, and to your family,your husband or wife ,your children depending upon you , to keep yourself healthy and fit. They need you direly. If you are weak and sick all the time, it will affect the mood and joy of the family drastically. It will affect the mental and physical health of the other members. For example , the children need a healthy mom,at all stages of their life,most especially while they are young and depending upon the parents most. A husband need a healthy wife and vice versa. Children and the mom need a healthy and fit father . More tan all these requirements, you yourself need a healthy body to live your life to the fullest.

So to keep yourself healthy ,you need to eat real, life giving,natural,God given healthy food like fruits and vegetables; nuts and whole grains, containing, fiber, vitamins , anti oxidants, all sorts of nutrients etc. You should avoid eating junk food ,or limit it to the bare minimum.

Human body is created for some amount of physical work and activity. In the modern age, many do sedentary jobs which require no physical activity. being sedentary is extremely harmful to your health and your very existence. So you need to compensate your lack of physical movement with workouts and exercise sessions and /or walking and running. If you are more or less sedentary, you need to brisk walk or run or both up to 1 to 2 hours, preferably 1 hour in the morning and 1 in the evening. If you cannot do that much, due to any valid reason, you should find times to walk or work out 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, which is bare minimum.

What is the best age to start workout? In general,Up to the age of 25 ,you are tend to be more active physically and afterwards your activity decreases. Kids are prone to be extremely active and enjoying playing. But as we go older, we are prone to be sedentary ,less interested to move our body. So its always advisable to start exercising or play any game daily from the age of 25, if you are not in the habit of doing so. But what if you are already in your forties, fifties,sixties, seventies, eighties or even nineties or more? In that case ,the second best time to start workout is TODAY.

REMEMBER…YOUR EXCUSE WILL NOT BURN YOUR FAT OR GIVE YOU A HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL BODY. SO TAKE THAT DECISION TODAY FOR YOUR SAKE AND FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FAMILY. WILL YOU?
