Your Faith and visualization can Heal You. Your Fear can make you Sick.
Jaison Chacko
YOU CAN BE HEALED IF YOU CAN BELIEVE AND LOOK UNTO JESUS, LOOK BEYOND YOUR SYMPTOMS. IF YOU CAN SEE YOURSELF HEALED, AND RESIST SATAN AND DOUBT.
“But he was pierced for our transgressions,he was crushed for our iniquities;the punishment that brought us peace was on him,and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
And said, ‘If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.'” (Exodus 15:26, NKJV)
You know the Truth, Jesus took on His body all your sins and its consequences, so if you accept the Savior and the Salvation, you need not suffer any curse.
Jesus NEVER left anyone unhealed. He is willing to Heal you.
The Bible quote “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he” is found in Proverbs 23:7. This verse suggests that a person’s thoughts and attitudes have a significant impact on their actions and behavior.
In essence, the verse is saying that a person is what they think and believe in their heart. If a person thinks positively and has a positive outlook on life, they will eventually act in a positive way and have positive results. On the other hand, if a person has negative thoughts and beliefs, they are more likely to act in a negative way and have negative results.
So you will become as you think.
This Truth has been supported by modern psychology and neuroscience, which have found that our thoughts and beliefs can influence our emotions, behavior, and our physical health. By cultivating positive thoughts and beliefs, we can improve our overall wellbeing and achieve greater success and fulfillment in our lives.
So its extremely important to cultivate a positive and optimistic outlook on life. By doing so, we can shape our experiences and become the best version of ourselves.
“Dr. Joe Dispenza is a well-known speaker, author, and researcher who has written extensively about the power of the mind and its ability to heal the body. In his book “You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter,” he shares his own personal experience of healing through faith and imagination.
In 1986, Dr. Dispenza was in a serious cycling accident that left him with six broken vertebrae. Doctors told him that he would require surgery and a permanent brace to support his spine. However, Dr. Dispenza was determined to heal himself using the power of his mind.
He began by visualizing his spine healing itself and returning to its normal state. He also practiced intense meditation and breathing exercises, which helped him focus his mind in and increase his mental clarity. Over time, he noticed that his pain was decreasing and his range of motion was increasing.
Eventually, Dr. Dispenza was able to walk without a brace and his doctors were amazed at his progress. He credits his healing to the power of his faith and imagination, which allowed him to tap into the body’s natural healing abilities.
Since then, Dr. Dispenza has dedicated his life to teaching others how to use the power of their minds to heal themselves and achieve their goals. He believes that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and create the life we want, and it starts with changing our thoughts and beliefs.
The book “You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter” by Dr. Joe Dispenza is an insightful and inspiring work that teaches readers about the power of the mind to heal and transform our lives. In this book, Dr. Dispenza presents scientific research and real-life examples to demonstrate how our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions can shape our reality and influence our health.
One of the key teachings in the book is the concept of the placebo effect. The placebo effect is a phenomenon in which a patient’s belief in a treatment can produce real changes in the body, even if the treatment itself is inert. Dr. Dispenza argues that the placebo effect is not just a fluke or a trick of the mind, but a genuine and powerful tool that we can use to heal ourselves and achieve our goals.
Dr. Dispenza teaches readers how to harness the power of the placebo effect through a variety of techniques and practices. These include visualization, meditation, affirmations, and positive thinking. By cultivating a positive and empowered mindset, Dr. Dispenza argues that we can activate the placebo effect and create real changes in our lives.
Another important teaching in the book is the role of the mind-body connection in health and healing. Dr. Dispenza argues that our thoughts and emotions are intimately linked to our physical health, and that by changing our mental and emotional patterns, we can improve our physical health.
To illustrate this point, Dr. Dispenza shares stories of individuals who have overcome serious illnesses and injuries by changing their beliefs and thought patterns. These stories serve as powerful examples of the mind’s ability to heal the body, and they inspire readers to believe in their own capacity for healing and transformation.
The story of Mr. Wright: In the book, Dr. Dispenza recounts the remarkable story of a man named Mr. Wright, who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and given only a few months to live. Despite the grim prognosis, Mr. Wright refused to accept that his life was over. Instead, he began a rigorous program of visualization and meditation, focusing his mind on images of his body healing itself. To everyone’s surprise, Mr. Wright’s cancer went into remission, and he went on to live another twenty-six years in good health.
The placebo knee surgery study: In another section of the book, Dr. Dispenza describes a study that was conducted on patients with knee pain. The study involved three groups of patients: one group received real knee surgery, one group received a fake surgery (in which doctors made incisions but did not actually perform any surgery), and one group received no treatment at all. Remarkably, the group that received the fake surgery reported the same amount of pain relief and improvement in mobility as the group that received the real surgery, while the group that received no treatment showed no improvement at all. This study is a powerful example of the placebo effect in action.
One of the key teachings in “You Are the Placebo” by Dr. Joe Dispenza is the idea that we can use the power of our mind to create the reality we desire. According to Dr. Dispenza, our thoughts and emotions have a powerful influence on our physical reality, and by changing our mental and emotional patterns, we can change the course of our lives.
One technique that Dr. Dispenza teaches for achieving this is visualization. Visualization involves creating a mental image of ourselves in the place we want to be, whether that is a new job, a healthier body, or a happier relationship. But visualization is not just about creating a mental image; it’s also about experiencing the emotions that come with that image. For example, if we want to visualize ourselves in a new job, we should not only see ourselves in that job, but also feel the excitement, satisfaction, and fulfillment that we would experience if we were already there.
According to Dr. Dispenza, when we visualize ourselves in this way and experience the associated emotions, our brain will begin to act as if we have already attained that goal. Our brain will release the same chemicals and hormones that it would release if we were actually experiencing that situation in real life. This, in turn, can create a feedback loop in which our mental and emotional state reinforces our physical reality, leading us closer and closer to the outcome we desire.
This technique is based on the principles of neuroscience and the idea that the brain is not just a passive receiver of information, but an active participant in creating our reality. By using visualization to create a mental image of ourselves in the place we want to be and experiencing the associated emotions, we can activate the brain’s natural ability to create new neural connections and pathways, leading us closer to our desired outcome.
Overall, Dr. Dispenza’s teaching on visualization and experiencing the associated emotions is a powerful tool for creating the reality we desire. By using our mind in this way, we can tap into the brain’s natural capacity for change and transformation, and achieve our goals more easily and efficiently.
“Your faith has healed you” Jesus
In the Gospel of Matthew 9:22, Jesus says to a woman who had been suffering from bleeding for twelve years and had touched his cloak,
“Take heart, daughter; your faith has healed you.”
In the Gospel of Mark 5:34, Jesus says to a woman who had also been suffering from bleeding,
“Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.”
These words of Jesus emphasize the importance of faith and belief in healing. In the context of the stories in which Jesus spoke these words, the physical healing of the individuals was a result of their faith in Jesus’ ability to heal them. It is a powerful reminder that faith can have a transformative effect on our lives and physical healing.
There are several other incidents in the Bible where Jesus and his apostles emphasize the importance of faith in healing. Here are some examples:
In the Gospel of Matthew 17:20, Jesus says to his disciples,
“Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
In the Gospel of Mark 9:23, a man comes to Jesus asking him to heal his son who has been possessed by an evil spirit. Jesus says to the man, “Everything is possible for one who believes.”
In the Gospel of James 5:15, the apostle James writes,
“And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”
Mark 16:17,
: “And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
When we believe Jesus’s words and act upon it and lay hands on the sick , Jesus’s Healing power will flow to them as Jesus and Apostles did.
NB : God does what man cannot do. But we have an important part in our health and healing. First of all we have to know the Truth that God’s Will is our health and healing and believe it with all our heart. We should do our part like
